Boulder, Colorado, June 14, 2016 – Gluten-free pioneers and category leaders Glutino and Udi’s sponsored Celiac Awareness Month with a fundraising campaign benefitting the Celiac Disease Foundation to demonstrate their commitment to improving the lives of people who have celiac disease.
During the month of May, Glutino and Udi’s raised $10,500 via the campaign for the Celiac Disease Foundation, which was promoted through email and on each partner’s website and social media networks. Donations received will help to drive celiac disease and gluten sensitivity diagnosis, treatment and research for a cure. Campaign donors received rewards including t-shirts, hydro flasks and Lululemon pullovers from Glutino and Udi’s.
“We are passionate about providing the best tasting, highest quality gluten-free food that makes people feel good,” said Leigh Buckley, GlutinoBrand Manager. “As leaders in the gluten-free market it is our responsibility to support those living with, and create awareness for, celiac disease. We are really proud of our partnership with the Celiac Disease Foundation, and providing fun gifts to supporters is our way of saying thanks.”
Anyone who made a donation is to send a copy of their confirmation email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with their full mailing address to receive the thank you gift. “Celiac Disease Foundation is proud of the partnership with Glutino and Udi’s during Celiac Awareness Month,” said Marilyn Geller, CEO of Celiac Disease Foundation. “Their delicious, gluten-free foods improve the lives of millions of individuals and promote awareness of this serious disease.”

About Celiac Disease Foundation
Celiac Disease Foundation (CDF) was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 1990 to improve the quality of life for all individuals impacted by celiac disease and other gluten-related disorders. Affecting 1% of the world’s population and with a prevalence doubling every 15 years, celiac disease is both a serious genetic autoimmune disorder and a growing public health challenge. Despite a simple blood screening test, only one in six celiac disease sufferers is diagnosed, leaving millions at risk for long-term health complications including Type 1 diabetes, thyroid, liver and heart disease, and intestinal cancers. CDF leads the fight to increase the rate of diagnosis, to improve treatments, and to find a cure. Learn more about Celiac Disease Foundation at celiac.org.
