Other Ways to Participate
There are many ways to support iCureCeliac® in the effort to advance research toward treatments and a cure for celiac disease. Adding your or your loved one’s health data to iCureCeliac® allows you to connect with researchers, but there is more you can do:
Donate to iCureCeliac®
The initial funding for iCureCeliac® came from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), but all funding now depends on our community. In order to fund our ambitious agenda to recruit the thousands of patients necessary to find a cure for celiac disease, we are seeking tax-deductible donations from committed individuals like you. With your generous support, we will build iCureCeliac® into the database that will revolutionize celiac disease research – the database that will lead to a cure. Please, make a tax-deductible gift today.
We encourage our community to offer suggestions for improving and growing iCureCeliac®. You are at the center of this innovative initiative. Email us at iCureCeliac@celiac.org to share your thoughts.
Be an Ambassador for iCureCeliac®
We can provide you with training, brochures, Team Gluten-Free swag, and other materials to help you promote iCureCeliac®. Contact us at email@example.com to learn how.
Become a Patient Advocate
Make your voice heard in celiac disease research. Are you living with celiac disease or caring for someone with celiac disease? Do you want to help design and evaluate celiac disease research? Then we need you!
Become a Student Ambassador
Are you in elementary, middle, high school, or college? Do you want to raise awareness of celiac disease at your school and in your local community? Then the Celiac Disease Foundation Student Ambassador Program is for you! The Student Ambassador Program helps children, teens and young adults become role models for others with celiac disease while raising awareness in the community and educating their peers.
Join Team Gluten-Free®
Team Gluten-Free® is a community fundraising program that provides a simple way for athletes and non-athletes alike to raise awareness and funds for Celiac Disease Foundation’s programs for advocacy, education, and advancing research.
Fundraising efforts may include any event from marathons to triathlons, bake sales, movie nights, wedding favors, community service projects or any way that you can have fun raising funds. The money raised by Team Gluten-Free® members supports the iCureCeliac® patient registry and the Foundation’s mission to drive diagnosis, treatment, and a cure for celiac disease.
Invite a Friend to Join iCureCeliac®
Share iCureCeliac® with family and friends who are affected by celiac disease. The more people who join and input their health data, the faster researchers are able to make connections that drive new treatments and a cure.
