Hardboiled Eggs

  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 1 dash Salt
  1. Place one dozen eggs in a large pot of tap-temperature water and add a dash of salt.
  2. Turn heat to medium and bring water and eggs to a boil.
  3. Once at a boil, remove the pot from the heat and cover with lid for 12 minutes.
  4. Rinse eggs under cool water to prevent the “green ring” from forming around the yolk.

Enjoy with an Orange for a balanced snack!
