Nutty Blueberry Oatmeal

  • 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter (crunchy)
  • 1 Teaspoon Hodgson Mill Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  1. Boil ½ cup water, then add ¼ cup oats.
  2. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or longer until desired consistency is obtained.
  3. While still hot, mix in almond butter and flaxseeds.
  4. Serve topped with blueberries.
