Green Smoothie

  • 4 Cups Dole Baby Spinach (fresh)
  • 3/4 Cup Soymilk (vanilla)
  • 1/2 Cup Dole Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup Dole Mango Chunks (frozen)
  • 1 Dole Banana
  • 2 Teaspoon Ground Flaxseed
  1. Combine spinach, soy milk, ground flaxseed and pineapple juice in blender or food processor.
  2. Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides if necessary.
  3. Add mango chunks and banana. Cover; blend until smooth.
