Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad

  • 1 Package Gelatin (any flavor, makes 2 cups)
  • 1 Cup Water (boiling)
  • 1/2 Cup Peaches (sliced)
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese (low sodium)
  1. Place the gelatin in a blender.
  2. Add the boiling water and blend for one second.
  3. Add the peaches and the cottage cheese.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a container and chill until firm.
