Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad
- 1 Package Gelatin (any flavor, makes 2 cups)
- 1 Cup Water (boiling)
- 1/2 Cup Peaches (sliced)
- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese (low sodium)
- Place the gelatin in a blender.
- Add the boiling water and blend for one second.
- Add the peaches and the cottage cheese.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a container and chill until firm.
