- 8 Ounces Mission Gluten-Free Tortilla Chips
- 1 Can Refried Beans
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 8 Ounces Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
- 1 Cup Roma Tomato (diced)
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Line 2 large baking sheets with foil or parchment paper. Place the chips in a single layer on the prepared pans.
Spread the beans on the chips, dividing evenly between the two pans. Sprinkle the pans with the cheese.
