Teriyaki Chicken

  • 1 pound chicken (diced)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (gluten-free)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in large bowl.
  2. Toss with chicken in crockpot.
  3. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
  4. Serve over hot cooked rice with steamed broccoli.
