Roasted Broccoli

  • 1 large head broccoli
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • garlic salt (to taste)
  • ground pepper (to taste)
  1. Cut broccoli into florets.
  2. Heat sauté pan with one tsp cooking oil, coating the bottom.
  3. Place broccoli in hot pan, stir to coat with oil, and cover with lid to steam for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove lid, season with garlic salt and pepper, and continue sautéing for an additional two minutes until broccoli is desired consistency.
