Almond Banana Sandwich

  • 2 slices Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Bread
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
  1. Spread 2 tbsp almond butter on one slice of bread.
  2. Slice ½ banana width-wise into enough circular banana slices to cover the surface of the bread and stick to almond butter; complete sandwich with second slice of bread.
