Almond Banana Sandwich
- 2 slices Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-Free Bread
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 banana
- Spread 2 tbsp almond butter on one slice of bread.
- Slice ½ banana width-wise into enough circular banana slices to cover the surface of the bread and stick to almond butter; complete sandwich with second slice of bread.
