The Celiac Disease Foundation is sponsoring the Columbia University Celiac Disease Center Livestream International Symposium, Friday April 8 – Saturday April 9. This scientific program will bring together those interested in the development of non-dietary therapies for celiac disease, including adult and pediatric physicians, dietitians and nutritionists, scientists, industry (pharmaceutical, diagnostic, biotechnology, and food and agriculture), investor/venture capitalists, and patients.

On Friday, April 8 from 1:45 pm- 2:45 pm ET, Patrick Maillet, Legislative Council to Congresswoman Betty McCollum, Celiac Disease Caucus Chair, will discuss celiac disease efforts on Capitol Hill, followed by Celiac Disease Foundation State Advocacy Ambassador Training to prepare new and current Patient Advocates to continue to secure advocacy victories.
