Thyme Scented Mandarin Fruit Salad
- 15 Ounces Dole Mandarin Oranges (1 can)
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme (fresh, finely chopped)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries (fresh, quartered)
- 1/2 Cup Raspberries
- Drain mandarin oranges; reserve 3 tablespoons syrup.
- Combine mandarin oranges, reserved syrup, thyme, lemon juice, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries in bowl. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
