Nutella & Berry Crepes

  • 1 cup Bisquick Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 12 tbsp Nutella
  • 1/2 cup berries
  1. Beat Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs in a small bowl with fork or wire whisk until blended.
  2. Lightly butter 8-inch skillet; heat over medium heat until bubbly.
  3. For each crepe, pour two tbsp batter into skillet; immediately rotate skillet until batter covers bottom, and cook until golden brown.
  4. Run a wide spatula around the edge to loosen; turn and cook other side until golden brown.
  5. Spread two tbsp Nutella on each crepe and fold into fourths. Serve topped with your choice of sliced berries.
