Glutenostics Launches Gluten Detective, the First At-Home Gluten Consumption Monitoring Test

A new self-administered, home test kit called Gluten Detective, released under license by Glutenostics LLC and developed by a Spanish company, empowers patients and caregivers to determine whether they have consumed any gluten in the past 24-48 hours.
