Green Smoothie
- 4 Cups Dole Baby Spinach (fresh)
- 3/4 Cup Soymilk (vanilla)
- 1/2 Cup Dole Pineapple Juice
- 1 Cup Dole Mango Chunks (frozen)
- 1 Dole Banana
- 2 Teaspoon Ground Flaxseed
- Combine spinach, soy milk, ground flaxseed and pineapple juice in blender or food processor.
- Cover; blend until smooth, scraping down sides if necessary.
- Add mango chunks and banana. Cover; blend until smooth.
