- 1/4 Cup Coco Libre Coconut Water
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Combine all pudding ingredients and whisk until well blended.
- Cover and let sit for a few hours or overnight.
