Nutty Blueberry Oatmeal
- 1/4 Cup Gluten-Free Oats
- 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter (crunchy)
- 1 Teaspoon Hodgson Mill Ground Flaxseed
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- Boil ½ cup water, then add ¼ cup oats.
- Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or longer until desired consistency is obtained.
- While still hot, mix in almond butter and flaxseeds.
- Serve topped with blueberries.
