Roasted Broccoli
- 1 large head broccoli
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- garlic salt (to taste)
- ground pepper (to taste)
- Cut broccoli into florets.
- Heat sauté pan with one tsp cooking oil, coating the bottom.
- Place broccoli in hot pan, stir to coat with oil, and cover with lid to steam for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove lid, season with garlic salt and pepper, and continue sautéing for an additional two minutes until broccoli is desired consistency.
