Hardboiled Eggs
- 1 dozen Eggs
- 1 dash Salt
- Place one dozen eggs in a large pot of tap-temperature water and add a dash of salt.
- Turn heat to medium and bring water and eggs to a boil.
- Once at a boil, remove the pot from the heat and cover with lid for 12 minutes.
- Rinse eggs under cool water to prevent the “green ring” from forming around the yolk.
Enjoy with an Orange for a balanced snack!
