Crockpot Meatloaf
- 2 lbs beef, bison, or turkey (ground)
- 1 onion (medium, finely diced)
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (dry, gluten-free)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard (ground)
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free)
- Mix all ingredients well in large bowl.
- Shape into rectangle or oval that won’t touch the sides of the crockpot.
- Place into crockpot; cover and cook low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Whisk ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
- Spoon sauce over meatloaf and warm in crockpot for last 15 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
- Serve with asparagus or broccoli sautéed in olive oil with a dash of garlic salt.
