Freshology underscores its support for gluten intolerant customers with their CDF sponsorship and new gluten-free meal plan
Freshology, a Los Angeles based meal delivery service for health–aware consumers, has become the newest official sponsor of Celiac Disease Foundation (CDF). After the recent launch of their gluten-free meal program, a formalized relationship with CDF was the natural next step and reflects their dedication and desire to adapt their services to changing customer needs around the country.
“We are proud to be able to adapt to our customers’ needs and support them both with nutritional, chef driven, gluten-free meals and by making a substantial contribution to an organization committed to research and advocacy,” said Freshology CEO and Chairman Michel Algazi.
CDF, a national non-profit organization, promotes early diagnosis and treatment of celiac disease through advocacy, education and advancing research to improve the quality of life for all people affected by gluten-related disorders and their families. To support their gluten-free customers on a daily basis, Freshology developed a 28 day rotating meal plan created by Culinary Director Raffi Asadourian along with a team of nutritionists. The menu offers delicious and surprising meals, such as pancakes, pizza and pasta, along with other well-known Freshology delights. With a focus on nutrition and healthy living, Freshology is able to offer a delicious meal plan to gluten intolerant customers whether they are trying to lose weight, address a health issue through nutrition, or simply need a healthier and more convenient way to eat gluten-free.
“CDF is deeply appreciative of Freshology’s commitment to our mission, from contributing financial resources to being a valued resource for those affected by gluten-related disorders,” said Marilyn G. Geller, Celiac Disease Foundation CEO. “The availability of home delivery for safe, nutritious, gluten-free meal options is a welcome milestone for our celiac disease and gluten sensitive community.”
Freshology’s CDF sponsorship conveys their commitment to the celiac community to further research and understanding and to their customers with the disease to provide convenient, healthy, gluten-free meal solutions.
