Have your questions about gluten-free food labeling answered

In 2013 the FDA issued its final rule to define the term "gluten-free" for voluntary use in the labeling of foods. A 2020 rule followed for gluten-free labeling of fermented and hydrolyzed foods. In this forum, representatives from the FDA will answer questions submitted by our community about the gluten-free food labeling rules. Submit your question by September 9 to have your voice heard.
