Tropical Island Fruit Salad

Tropical fruit flavored with coconut and ginger make this an exotic-tasting salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Dole Tropical Fruit
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste or freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut sweetened, toasted, shredded
  • 2 Kiwi peeled, halved, and sliced
  • 1 Medium Banana ripe, peeled, and sliced

Instructions

  1. Drain tropical fruit; reserve 1/4 cup syrup.
  2. Combine tropical fruit, reserved syrup, ginger, lime juice, coconut, kiwi and banana in a bowl. Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
