Ingredients

  • 1 cup CAULIPOWER Cauliflower-Based Baking Mix (Paleo)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup +2 tbsp Water
  • 3/4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup basil marinara sauce
  • 1 cup paleo-friendly cheese
  • 1 handful organic baby spinach
  • 6-7 whole basil leaves (with stems removed)
  • 10 slices Applegate turkey pepperoni
  • 1 ounce sliced black olives (BPA-free lining)
  • Pinch himalayan salt

Instructions

  1. Add CAULIPOWER Cauliflower-Based Baking mix, baking powder, water and oil to large bowl and mix until evenly blended.
  2. Shape dough into a ball and place into bowl or baking tray and cover. FOR BEST RESULTS, let dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place or in refrigerator for 8-24 hours, until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  4. Place dough ball on a baking tray or parchment paper dusted well with additional baking mix.
  5. Press or roll out dough to desired thickness and crust size, and poke crust all over with fork.
  6. Place crust onto hot pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown, and then remove crust from oven.
  7. Spread marinara sauce evenly over crust, leaving ¼ inch around the edges.
  8. Cover crust evenly with paleo-friendly cheese and then top with turkey pepperoni (cooked), spinach, and basil leaves.
  9. Place your pizza creation back in the oven and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. (Note: Pizza can be baked directly on parchment paper)
