Gluten-Free Assorted Biscottini
Our gluten-free biscotti are made with a special blend of wheat-free flours. They are crumbly and crunchy rather than hard, making them edible without the need to dunk them in coffee (not that we don’t enjoy dunking!). This assortment includes almond and chocolate flavors.

Gluten free all-purpose baking flour (potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour), organic evaporated cane juice (sugar), unsalted butter, whole natural almonds, semisweet chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), whole egg, whole dried natural hazelnuts, natural almond meal, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), natural vanilla and lemon extracts, salt, xanthan gum.
