Thyme Scented Mandarin Fruit Salad

  • 15 Ounces Dole Mandarin Oranges (1 can)
  • 1 Teaspoon Thyme (fresh, finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries (fresh, quartered)
  • 1/2 Cup Raspberries
  1. Drain mandarin oranges; reserve 3 tablespoons syrup.
  2. Combine mandarin oranges, reserved syrup, thyme, lemon juice, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries in bowl.  Toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
