Lunchables

  • 2 oz cheddar cheese or dairy-free substitute (sliced)
  • 12 Blue Diamond Nut Thins (in favorite flavor)
  • 2 oz gluten-free deli turkey (1/4 inch thick, cut with small circular cookie cutter )
  • 10 baby carrots
  • 2 tsp gluten-free dressing (for dipping)
  1. Cut deli meat with small circular cookie cutter, about the same size as the crackers.
  2. Cut cheese into squares the same size as crackers.
  3. Arrange each ingredient into a separate compartment of a divided airtight container (you’ll need one with 4-5 compartments).
