Nutella & Berry Crepes
- 1 cup Bisquick Gluten-Free Pancake Mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter (or non-dairy alternative)
- 12 tbsp Nutella
- 1/2 cup berries
- Beat Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs in a small bowl with fork or wire whisk until blended.
- Lightly butter 8-inch skillet; heat over medium heat until bubbly.
- For each crepe, pour two tbsp batter into skillet; immediately rotate skillet until batter covers bottom, and cook until golden brown.
- Run a wide spatula around the edge to loosen; turn and cook other side until golden brown.
- Spread two tbsp Nutella on each crepe and fold into fourths. Serve topped with your choice of sliced berries.
