Teriyaki Chicken
- 1 pound chicken (diced)
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (gluten-free)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Combine all ingredients except chicken in large bowl.
- Toss with chicken in crockpot.
- Cook on low 4-6 hours.
- Serve over hot cooked rice with steamed broccoli.
