Pamela’s Promotion Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be diagnosed with celiac disease in order to receive the Pamela's product?
Yes. To be eligible to receive the promotional product provided by Pamela’s, you or your child, must have physician-diagnosed celiac disease and meet all campaign eligibility requirements.
Participation in iCureCeliac is always free, and no purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion.
What do I need to do to qualify?
To qualify, you must complete all of the following during the Campaign Period (March 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT through April 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT):
- Join the iCureCeliac Patient Registry OR already be a registered participant; and
- Fully complete or update all of your surveys.
If you are one of the first 250 participants to meet these requirements during the Campaign Period, you will qualify to receive a promotional product from Pamela’s.
Promotional products are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Pamela’s Products reserves the right to substitute product of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Eligibility is subject to verification by the Celiac Disease Foundation.
I’m already registered in iCureCeliac and completed my surveys before this promotion. Am I still eligible?
Yes! Existing registry participants are absolutely eligible.
However, to qualify during this Campaign Period, you must update and submit all surveys during the Campaign Period (March 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT through April 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT), and be among the first 250 eligible participants to do so.
Prior survey completion outside of the Campaign Period does not qualify unless surveys are updated and submitted during the Campaign Period.
When will I receive my Pamela's product?
The first 250 eligible participants will receive an email from the Celiac Disease Foundation in late April containing a required consent and shipping form.
To guarantee receipt of your promotional product, the consent form must be completed and submitted by May 11, 2026.
Please allow up to eight (8) weeks after submission of the completed consent form for delivery.
Failure to complete the consent form by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the promotional product.
Is the Pamela's promotion limited to US residents only?
Yes. The promotional product can only be shipped to a valid U.S. physical mailing address (not a PO Box).
The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Can the product be shipped to a PO Box?
No. The promotional product cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes and must be sent to a U.S. physical mailing address.
How many products can each household receive?
Limit one (1) promotional product per household / mailing address.
Duplicate entries, multiple accounts, or attempts to circumvent this limitation may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Celiac Disease Foundation.
Is there any cost to participate?
Nope! Participation in the iCureCeliac Patient Registry and this promotion is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate or qualify.
