Qualify For a Study or Trial

This phase 2 study is looking into a new, investigational study drug (amlitelimab) for patients with celiac disease. The aim of the study is to see whether the investigational study drug, in combination with a gluten-free diet, can reduce the damage in the small intestine and what effect it has on the symptoms caused by celiac disease.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Are 18 years or older
• Have a biopsy-proven diagnosis of celiac disease
• Have been on a gluten-free diet for at least 12 months but are still experiencing symptoms

Compensation may be available.

Now enrolling adults with celiac disease to participate in a phase 2 clinical trial testing TEV-53408, an investigational antibody designed to block interleukin-15 with the goal of reducing intestinal damage and symptoms that occur when people with celiac disease ingest gluten.      

Compensation for time and travel may be available.  

 Requirements:  

• 18-65 years old  
• Diagnosed with celiac disease for 12+ months 
• On a gluten-free diet for 12+ months

AVALON is a phase 1 clinical trial assessing the investigational drug VTP-1000 in adults with celiac disease.

This investigational targeted immunotherapy is designed to prevent or reduce symptoms from accidental gluten exposure by promoting tolerance to gluten.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 18–65 years old
• Celiac disease confirmed by biopsy within the past 10 years
• Have been on a gluten-free diet for 12+ months
• US resident
