- Sponsor
This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by the Celiac Disease Foundation (“Sponsor”), 21300 Victory Blvd. Ste 300, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. Questions: info@celiac.org.
- Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, board members, volunteers, and immediate family members of the Celiac Disease Foundation, Celiac Cruise, AmaWaterways, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 2, 2026 at 12 a.m. PT and ends on June 16 11:59 p.m. PT (“Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.
- How to Enter — Two Methods, Equal Odds
All eligible entries from both methods below are combined into one entry pool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received from both methods combined. There is no limit on the number of entries per person by either method. Automated, robotic, or programmatic entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Method 1 — Online Donation Entry
Visit https://give.celiac.org/give/806624/#!/donation/checkout and make a donation of $25 or more during the Entry Period. Each $25 increment earns one (1) entry: $25 donation = 1 entry; $50 donation = 2 entries; $75 donation = 3 entries; and so on. Entry is complete upon successful processing of the donation.
Method 2 — Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) — No Purchase Necessary

Each email submission during the Entry Period earns one (1) entry. Multiple free entries are permitted; send one email per additional entry. Emails received after the Entry Period deadline will not be eligible. No purchase or donation of any kind is required to use this method.
- Prize Description
One (1) grand prize: a cruise for two (2) guests aboard an AmaWaterways vessel chartered by Celiac Cruise. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $11,396 USD. Travel dates are subject to availability and must be selected from options provided by Celiac Cruise at the time of prize fulfillment.
- Winner-Paid Costs — Not Included in ARV
The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses related to acceptance and use of the prize not included in the ARV, including but not limited to:
- All applicable federal, state, and local income taxes on the full prize value
- Cruise taxes: $250 per person ($500 total for two guests)
- Gratuities: $157 per person ($314 total for two guests)
- Roundtrip airfare, airport transfers, and ground transportation to and from the departure port
- Travel insurance, valid passports, visas if required, and personal incidental expenses onboard and ashore
Winner and guest are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documentation and meet all entry requirements for international travel.
- Dietary Accommodations and Gluten-Free Representation
Any statements regarding gluten-free meal service, dietary accommodations, food preparation protocols, ingredient sourcing, allergen controls, or cross-contact prevention are provided and administered by Celiac Cruise and/or AmaWaterways, and not independently by the Celiac Disease Foundation. The Celiac Disease Foundation does not operate the cruise, prepare or serve food, or make any independent representation or warranty regarding ingredients, food preparation, cross-contact, allergen controls, or the medical or dietary suitability of the cruise for any individual. Winner and guest are responsible for disclosing dietary needs and medical conditions, reviewing all dietary and travel protocols, and confirming accommodations directly with Celiac Cruise and/or AmaWaterways before travel.
- Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and has no cash equivalent. No substitution is permitted by the winner. The Celiac Disease Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
- Winner Selection and Odds
On or about June 17 at 10am ET, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random number generator from all eligible entries received from both entry methods combined. The drawing will be conducted by the Celiac Disease Foundation or its designated representative. Two (2) alternate potential winners may also be selected in the event the primary winner forfeits, cannot be verified, or does not respond within the required time. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address on file and must respond within three (3) business days of notification. The potential winner must provide full legal name, mailing address, phone number, a completed and signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release, and a valid IRS Form W-9. Failure to respond within three (3) business days, failure to provide required documents, or failure to meet eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. It is the entrant’s responsibility to actively monitor their email and keep their email address current. The Celiac Disease Foundation is not responsible for undeliverable notifications due to filtering, spam settings, or inactive accounts.
- Tax Reporting
Winner must provide a valid IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued to the winner for the full ARV as required by law. The winner is solely responsible for all tax liability arising from acceptance of the prize and is encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional.
- Liability Release
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Celiac Disease Foundation, Celiac Cruise, AmaWaterways, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, actions, damages, and causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this Sweepstakes; the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize; any travel related to the prize; and any food, dietary accommodation, allergen, cross-contact, or medical issue related to prize travel, including any bodily injury, personal injury, death, or loss of or damage to property.
- Publicity
Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants the Celiac Disease Foundation the right to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for promotional and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission. Winner agrees to execute any documents requested by Sponsor to convey such rights.
- General Conditions
The Celiac Disease Foundation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or in these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
- Governing Law and Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of group or class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in California without regard to conflicts of law doctrine. Any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and shall not include consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
- Privacy
Entry information will be used for administration of this Sweepstakes and as required by applicable law. Sponsor may use contact information to send periodic updates about the Celiac Disease Foundation; entrants may opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.” Sponsor’s privacy policy is available at https://celiac.org/privacy-policy-and-terms-of-use/.
