Chicago Marathon
The Celiac Disease Foundation is thrilled to announce that we are an Official Charity Partner of the 2027 Bank of America Chicago Marathon for the first time ever! We’re looking for passionate runners to join Team Gluten-Free and help us make our debut in the Windy City.
Running the Chicago Marathon with Team Gluten-Free is about more than crossing the finish line. Each runner is an advocate for a world free of celiac disease, raising vital funds to support research, treatments, education, and ultimately a cure.
By joining Team Gluten-Free, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to take on one of the world’s most iconic marathons while making every mile matter for the celiac disease community.
Team Gluten-Free runners must commit to a fundraising goal of $5,000 and will receive the following benefits:
- Guaranteed entry into the 2027 Bank of America Chicago Marathon
- A complimentary Team Gluten-Free performance shirt, hat, socks, water bottle, and bib fasteners
- A personalized fundraising page and handbook, including fundraising email templates
- The opportunity to be featured in a social media video sharing your story
- An invitation to a special race weekend gathering
- Access to GroupMe chat to connect and build camaraderie with the team
