Instructions
  1. Pour balsamic vinegar into small saucepan; bring to boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, swirling pan occasionally, until reduced to about half original amount (about 15 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Combine all salad ingredients in bowl.
  5. Add dressing, toss and serve with a side of Crunchmaster Multi-Grain Crackers.
