Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cover round pizza pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Prepare cookies according to package, but do not drop into individual cookies. Rather, press your cookie dough evenly into a round disk onto your prepared pan, until it’s about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until slightly brown on the edges.
  4. Cool completely before frosting.
  5. While the pizza is cooling, beat your butter and cream cheese until smooth with a hand mixer.
  6. Beat in pumpkin, then slowly mix in powdered sugar. Mix in pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.
  7. Spread frosting over the top of your cooled cookie.
  8. Top with desired ingredients.
