Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix together the olive oil, melted butter, and honey. Add the flour blend, sea salt, and 1/4 cup of water.
Stir until the dough thickens and comes together in a ball (adding more water if the dough is dry and crumbly).
Place the ball of dough between two pieces of parchment paper.
Using a rolling pin, roll until the dough is about 1/8 inch thick.
Remove the top piece of parchment paper. Keeping the dough on the bottom piece of parchment paper, move onto a cookie sheet.
Cut the dough into 1.5 inch squares without separating.
Sprinkle some water on the dough and smooth over the squares with your fingers.
Sprinkle extra sea salt on top of the squares.
Bake about 15-20 minutes until crisp, rotating the cookie sheet after about 10 minutes.
Let the crackers cool fully on the cookie sheet, then break apart.
Serve with a dip or store in an airtight container.
