Preheat oven to 375F.
Roll out the pie crust between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/4 inch thick.
Use a round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass cup to cut 3″ rounds.
To make the filling, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup and spice in a bowl.
Spoon a tablespoon of the filling onto half of the pie dough rounds.
Place a plain pie dough round on top of the filling and seal.
Use a fork to crimp the edges.
Bake for 20-222 minutes, or until edges are slightly golden brown.
Cool on cooling rack.
