Put a pot of water to boil and add salt. Once the water starts boiling, slowly add the Polenta Valsugana flour and mix well. With a wooden spoon, always stir in the same direction while the water is boiling. Cook for 8 minutes
Grease a round baking tin and pour in the polenta. Level and let it cool.
Add your favorite pizza toppings and then bake at 340F for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
