  • 2/3 cup grated cheese
  • Water
    as needed

Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add salt. Once the water comes to a boil, slowly add the Polenta Valsugana flour and mix well with a wooden spoon for the time indicated on the package.
  2. Remove polenta from heat and add the grated cheese. Pour in a baking tin, level the surface with a spoon and let cool for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  3. Cut polenta into desirable fry size and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
