Pour gluten-free oats into food processor and pulse until the consistency of flour.
Add in almond butter, cranberries and maple syrup. Process until dough forms.
Add mini dark chocolate chips and puffed rice cereal. Pulse until mixed.
Measure 1 tablespoon of dough out and using hands, roll into a ball.
Roll out 2 balls of dough and place into coconut flakes.
Roll in coconut flakes until fully covered.
Place No Bake Bites into to-go Tupperware container.
