Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix together flour and powered sugar.
Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir until crumbly.
Press dough into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Whisk eggs until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour filling over crust dough immediately after it comes out of the oven, and bake at 350F for another 45 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before topping bars with powdered sugar.
Cut and enjoy!
