  • 1 can Chickpeas
    drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
    adjust for taste
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Cucumber, Carrots, and Red Pepper
    washed, dried, sliced

Instructions
  1. Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic infused olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, cumin, lemon juice and a pinch of salt into food processor.
  2. Blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth consistency is observed (If needed, add 1 tablespoon of water).
  3. Measure out 1/4 cup hummus and add into to-go Tupperware container.
  4. Add sliced vegetables into to-go Tupperware container.
