Put everything except raspberries into a food processor or blender. Break the avocado up into smaller pieces to make it easier on the machine.
Process for 10-15 seconds, and then stop and scrape down the sides. Then process again until smooth.
Serve topped with raspberries. Eat immediately or serve chilled. Do not let it sit too long in fridge, as the avocado will oxidize which alters the flavor.
