First and foremost, I am a blogger who is passionate about food. I spend most of my time in my kitchen cooking, making new recipes, and – most importantly – eating! I also have celiac. Jacqui Dishing DelishHaving celiac actually inspired me to do a lot of things in my life. I worked hard and got a degree in Dietetics, and now work as a food scientist. And I’m loving every minute of it! I don’t get too science-y in my posts, but if you have a burning desire to know about starch molecules, I’m your girl! But you know what food scientists are really good at? Developing delicious recipes. Yep, it’s true.
