Gem City Fine Foods began as a small local bakery in Salt Lake City in 2006. Then called Blossom Fine Foods, it has since grown to specialize in gourmet desserts, fine foods, and gluten-free baking. We offer a wide range of gluten-free options without sacrificing quality or taste. Gem City Fine Foods diligently maintains its gluten-free certification. We are certified through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) via the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG) and the Celiac Support Association (CSA). Their testing and our standards exceed the current FDA regulations and international standards of 20 parts per million (PPM). GCFF maintains our products at a gluten-free level that is much higher than international standards.

In addition to our Gluten Free Certification, we use only cage free eggs and synthetic hormone free
dairy in our dedicated bakery.
