Yogurt Tzatziki Dip
- 1 pkg Crunchmaster® Multi-Seed Rosemary and Olive Oil
- 1 cup packed grated cucumber
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
- Oil and vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Baking and seasoning
- 3/4 tsp salt, divided
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- Sprinkle cucumber with 1/2 tsp salt. Let stand for 10 minutes in colander set over bowl. Squeeze dry to remove excess moisture.
- Stir together cucumber, yogurt, green onions, mint, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, remaining salt, pepper and cumin.
- Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with crackers for dipping.
