Prepare to amaze your dinner guests, but please, no paparazzi.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup CAULIPOWER Cauliflower-Based Baking Mix (original)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp room temperature water
  • 3/4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup red pizza sauce (vegan)
  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine Baking Mix, water, olive oil and baking powder in mixing bowl, stirring until a stiff dough forms. Let rest 15 minutes.
  3. Dip hands into additional baking mix and spread dough into a 10-inch diameter circle on parchment paper-lined baking sheet OR oil an 8-inch by 12-inch rimmed baking pan and press dough to the edges.
  4. Bake 14-16 minutes, and then remove from oven.
  5. Spread vegan pizza sauce evenly over your crust, leaving ¼ inch around the edges.
  6. Top crust with vegan cheese and sliced bell peppers.
  7. Return your crust to the oven and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and toppings are hot.
  8. Remove from oven and let rest on pan on wire rack for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with minced garlic to taste.
