Vegan Peanut Butter Brownies

  • 1 Cup Powdered Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Ounces Applesauce unsweetened
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk may need to add 1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 Cup honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray a nonstick 8 x 8 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the powdered peanut butter, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda, and mix well.
  3. Add the applesauce and stir.
  4. Add coconut milk, honey, and vanilla, and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake about 30 minutes.
  7. Set aside to cool, then cut into bars.
