Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1 package of Jessica’s Natural Foods Muffin Mix
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 cup pecans, diced small
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an “8×8” pan.
  2. Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Combine Jessica’s Muffin mix, oil, milk, eggs, vanilla and sour cream until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle the topping mix on top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.
