Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Pamela's Products Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/2 Cup Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line cupcake tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, do not over mix.
  3. Fill cupcake pan with batter 2/3 full.
  4. Bake for 22 to 24 minutes.
  5. Frost with Pamela’s Frosting Mix.
